The Messy Christians is a LifeGroup from Trinity Fellowship Church based in Amarillo. We meet nearly every Wednesday night for fellowship, discussion, culture fix, and prayer from 7:00 until 8:30. We are meeting in Modular Room #201 on the Trinity campus, immediately across from the North Ministry Building. Child care is provided at Trinity between 6:30 to 9:00. You need not be a member of TFC to be in our LifeGroup.

We aim to integrate our Christian faith with the surrounding culture. Does this mean selling out to culture? Absolutely not! Instead, we leverage culture to further the gospel message. To that end, our weekly gatherings will feature some media, which this semester includes a look at the liufe and music of Rich Mullins. We'll cruise through his spiritual biography, as well as listen to his music and watch concert video clips.

We anticipate that our group will bes diverse in terms of age, occupation, education, and Christian experience. Those differences, though, are overlooked as we seek community in Christ. It is this diversity that enhances our group, for we are always assured of a variety of interpretations and worldviews.

Just as the Body of Christ consists of many varied parts, so, too, does our group. This variety is the zest that keeps people coming back every week to learn, to share, to pray.
